At Aiveo, we want you to have the best possible experience with our Services. While our subscriptions and digital products are generally non-refundable, we understand there may be circumstances where a refund is appropriate. This page explains when refunds may be granted and how to request one.
1. Free Trials & Cancellations
If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being billed.
If you cancel after the trial ends, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following cases:
You were incorrectly charged due to a billing error.
You were charged after canceling before renewal.
The Services were unavailable for an extended period due to a technical issue.
We do not generally offer refunds for:
Partial months of use.
Unused subscription time.
Dissatisfaction with generated results (since outputs may vary).

If you purchased Aiveo through a third-party platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, or another marketplace), all refund requests must be handled directly through that platform, subject to their refund policies.
